This amazing wine from Domaine Paul Mas is a blend of 45% Grenache Blanc, 30% Vermentino, 15% Roussanne and 10% Viognier grapes. Sun-drenched hillsides, located 35 kilometers west of Montpellier, in the Terrasses du Larzac area.
Separate fermentation in oak barrels, for one month at controlled low temperature (16°C). 50% malolactic fermentation. This wine has aged a few months on French and American oak.
The Chateau Paul Mas Parcelle Belluguette Languedoc Blanc is fresh, vivid and intense with grapefruit, vanilla, toast and herbs, but also peach and pear.
Rich, but also a lively acidity.
